Jim + Lisa . Engaged! A First Landing Engagement Session

If I am ever in need of posing models, I am going to call these two!!! I said move this or do that and they easily fell right into place.  They were posing dreams and had never done it before!! I teased them that I am going to call them up if I ever need posing models in the future!!!

Jim & Lisa were referred to us by Jim’s best friends Jason & Courtney Marshall who are also some good vendor friends of ours.  They opened up their own venue in the Outer Banks, NC.  The first time I spoke to Lisa on the phone, which is how we “met”  I knew I couldn’t not wait to actually meet her in person.  And when I did, she was just as sweet and fun as on the phone.  I loved meeting Jim too.  He reminds me of my brother, Andrew in so many ways.  The hair, the fair skin, his face structure and of course those blue eyes!!  These two both have some killer blue eyes.

These two live in Northern Virginia and drove down to spend a perfect Sunday with me at the very gorgeous First Landing State Park.  I feel like I have been there a lot lately…probably because I have!  I loved spending this evening with them, walking, chatting and getting to know them.  They both so perfectly match with each other and I could not be happier being able to celebrate with them on their engagement.

This June we get the great honor of photographing their wedding at the gorgeous Vista Creek.  We love being there.  It is such a beautiful venue and this time we are gonna feel like pros working there.
