Steve + Quen . Engaged

Steve & Quen were our winners for the Show Bride Endless Summer Show in August. For those of you who don’t know what Show Bride is, it is an amazing show of all the top wedding vendors in the area. Great place for brides to hang out and find awesome vendors. At every show we do a drawing for a free engagement session and these guys won it.

Steve & Quen were super sweet and a lot of fun to work with and get to know a little. Both of them have the most gorgeous smiles; especially Quen. They both work in education. Steve, is a public school teacher in Churchland and Quen teaches Pre-school.

They chose First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach; a great place for any engagement session! They wanted a little bit of nature and a little bit of beach, the perfect combination, in my opinion. However, the mosquitos were crazy…but, thank God for bug spray!! 🙂 I was warned by a local jogger to not even enter. I laughed it off and within minutes I was slapping them off like no tomorrow?! I quickly called Quen to let her know and she grabbed some bug spray for us all. I keep telling myself to remember these things, but forget every time.

Steve’s daughter, Natalia, joined us for some family photographs at the end. She is such a gorgeous little girl and turning two very soon! She was so happy to play in the sand and didn’t want to leave. I had fun chatting with her in the backseat as they drove me back to my car.
