Sunset Brocks Environmental Engagement Nikolas + Jessah
This Sunset Brocks Environmental engagement session was an adventure to say the least. Nikolas & Jessah met me at First Landing State Park for their engagement. We walked & talked for a good 5-10 minutes. When we arrived at the halfway mark we were met with a lot of water. I was immediately surprised & shocked because all of the good spots were on the other side of this newly formed small river.
Quickly, I contemplated the best plan to make it to where we needed to go. When I looked deeper in the water, I realized this was pretty deep. I couldn’t see the bottom. Jessah decided to chance it & walk through. She walked in & quickly was knee deep & then almost stumbled in. We basically pulled her out. Thankfully she didn’t fall in & ruin her clothes. Whew! I decided to look to see if we could make it up the shoreline. Sadly, there was water everywhere, so we quickly decided to re-route to another location which ended up being Brocks Environmental.
We arrived with about an hour left to photograph their engagement. We chatted about their love for the gym & my personal hate for CrossFit. Eeeek! Sorry to any CrossFit lovers reading this. I teased Nick a little too much, haha! They said I will fit in to their wedding great, especially when his dad is around.
I truly loved photographing this Sunset Brocks Environmental engagement. Jake & I are looking forward to celebrating with these two in the fall.
To Nick & Jessah, thanks for the fun session. I truly enjoyed hanging with you both & hope you will love these images as much as I do. Can’t wait for November!!!
See you guys so soon!
With Love,
Jake & Jennifer
