Grady + Fawn . Engaged! A Granby Theatre Engagement

Grady + Fawn

This might be one of my favorite engagement sessions in a while.  Why?!  Because look how gorgeous this girl is.  Fawn is absolutely stunning and her sweet personality just makes her even better!  AND Grady looks like a famous basketball player.  It was a dream spending time with these two a couple of Thursday’s ago at the Granby Theatre in Downtown Norfolk.

The first time I talked to Fawn on the phone was while I was visiting my father in England.  We talked for over an hour.  Anyone who put up with my phone weirdness for that long is a keeper. Just kidding.  But seriously, Fawn is perfect and I always enjoy getting little texts from her here and there.  It was actually the first time I met these two in person, but I felt like I knew them for a long time.  We laughed together and they were so natural in front of the camera.

It was so rainy the day of their session and Fawn was nervous to reschedule due to Grady’s schedule, so she contacted the Granby Theatre and asked if we could do their session there.  Their original plan was First Landing State Park.  Thankfully, we got to get a few photos outdoors before the rain started to come down hard, which forced us indoors.  The indoor photos are some of my favorite dramatic type photos I have ever taken.  And we were able to get a rain photo too.

Fawn has already seen these photos and I am so glad she loves them as much as me! To Grady & Fawn-wishing you such a happy engagement.  It was so fun spending the evening with you a couple weeks ago.  I cannot wait for your wedding in December! All my love you two! <3
