Vista Creek Manteo Wedding Daryl + Elizabeth
This Vista Creek Manteo wedding was so beautiful. The venue overlooks the beautiful marsh waters of the Roanoke Sound. The owners of Vista Creek, Jason & Courtney Marshall, have done a beautiful job re-doing this once-operated restaurant.
Daryl & Elizabeth picked a beautiful day to get married. It was a quiet Monday in the Outer Banks, and the ceremony took place at the Nags Head public beach. There were blue skies & not a cloud in view, and the temperatures were perfect.
Elizabeth got ready at the Vista Creek & every moment was so special. I loved watching her during her slumber party photos with her bridesmaids, sharing special moments with her oldest daughter, Laykin, & seeing her mom’s surprise as she saw her daughter ready to be a bride. Every moment was so perfect.
Daryl & Elizabeth just welcomed a baby girl just a few months ago. I loved being able to capture them as a family of 5. They shared so many precious moments together. Pre-ceremony, family formals & they even shared a family dance on the dance floor. So special! This is one of the reasons I love being able to photograph weddings so that I can capture so many special moments for families to remember.
Overall, this Vista Creek Manteo Wedding was incredibly special to be a part of. I feel like it was just yesterday that I met Daryl & Elizabeth at the Kitty Hawk pier to take their engagement photos. A lot happens in a year. Babies are born, families grow, & weddings happen.
To Daryl & Elizabeth, thank you for the honor of allowing us to photograph your wedding. We wish you both such a happy life together.
