Virginia Beach First Landing Engagement Session Austin + Nichole

This Virginia Beach First Landing engagement was a lot of fun. Austin & Nichole were so easy to work with. We laughed & joked & just had the best all around time. I am so grateful for easy-going & fun grooms & brides like them.

We did have to reschedule a few times to finally get to this day. The crazy thing is I just photographed their wedding this past weekend & it seems like it was just yesterday I did their engagement session. The weather this summer has been insanely unpredictable & stormy. Grateful we finally found a day that was perfect all the way around.

Nichole loves this beautiful light & soft blue. Not only did she use it on her wedding day she incorporated it with her dress at her engagement session. I really love how the color compliments her so much.

Austin & Nichole, from the time I spent with them, are pure gems. I got to see Nichole’s big heart a few times on her wedding day. But hanging with them at their engagement session, you could really see Austin’s love for Nichole. He is gentle, kind & super caring towards her.

The dunes at the First Landing State Park Beach front were a perfect selection for their engagement session location. I loved the text I got from Nichole after she received her engagement photos. It read, “I LOOVEEEEE THEM. Thank you so so much! So happy I listened to my gut and went with you.” I love receiving texts like these. It makes doing my job so much more fulfilling!

To Austin & Nichole, thank you both for being such special people. It really was a joy photographing your Virginia Beach First Landing engagement & your wedding.
