This September Lesner Inn Virginia Beach, Virginia wedding was a joy to be a part of. I met Dylan & Kylie at their engagement session about a month before their session & easily fell in love with their personalities & story.

Kylie just recently graduated with her master’s degree from Liberty University. I attended the same college before I was pregnant with our son Jenson. I loved l having that in common with her & being able to share stories about our experiences there.

Wedding Speeches

One of my favorite times of almost all weddings is speech time. I love hearing all the stories about the bride & groom. I feel like you can know a person a lot better through the eyes of their close family & friends. Sometimes, I secretly wish I knew the bride & groom a little better. Hearing stories from Kinsey, Kylie’s sister & Kelsey, Kylie’s childhood friend, taught me how Kylie is such an amazing friend with a big heart. Seeing the bond between her & Kelsey was beautiful. The same was true with Dylan. Jeff, Dylan’s best man & long-time friend, shared stories about Dylan that described him as a wonderful person.

Hearing the story of how these two met & how their relationship evolved through the years touched my heart. I love knowing people.

Dylan & Kylie’s Day

Dylan & Kylie got ready at the newly remodeled Delta Hotel off Shore Drive. Overall the day was beautiful. The weather was perfect. Everything went smoothly for this intimate September Lesner Inn Virginia wedding. There was another wedding going on upstairs & the couple invited Dylan & Kylie & their wedding party to celebrate together. I thought that was so sweet.
