Yesterday, I had the joy of photographing Robert and Aubrey’s Kitty Hawk Pier Wedding in North Carolina, and it could not have been more perfect. With about 60 of their closest family and friends gathered by the ocean, the couple celebrated their love in an intimate, joy-filled beach ceremony.

One of the sweetest parts of the day was seeing their beautiful daughter Blakley steal the show with her adorable entrance in a pink Mercedes—hands down one of the cutest wedding moments I’ve ever witnessed. It set the tone for a day that was full of laughter, love, and fun.

The weather was gorgeous, the breeze kept everything comfortable, and everywhere I turned guests were smiling and soaking in the celebration. It was the kind of day you dream about when planning a North Carolina beach wedding.

• The First Look – Aubrey’s first look with her dad was one of the most moving moments of the day. Their connection, the emotion in their eyes, and the tenderness of that moment was unforgettable.

• Blakley’s Entrance – I can’t get over it… a pink Mercedes ride for the flower girl/daughter? Absolutely iconic.
