Keith + Tiara . Married! A Lady Of Suffolk Wedding!

I walked into the beautiful bridal suite at the First Lady of Suffolk on a very rainy Thursday and Tiara immediately spotted me and shouted, “I know you!”  Up until this Thursday Tiara and I had never met.  Just a week ago, on our very first phone call together, she said, “I feel like I have known you forever!”  In all honesty, for me too, it seems like she is part of our family and I actually forgot that we actually haven’t met at all.  It was warm to walk into that shout!

It’s been raining a lot here in the Hampton Roads area, which makes us so thankful for venues with porches like the gorgeous Lady of Suffolk has with its wrap around porch.  Jake and I always consider it a treat to be at this venue because when we first started wedding photography this was one of our very first venues we worked at for the owners daughter’s wedding.  A lot has definitely changed for us and for them too.  They added a gorgeous addition which now serves as a beautiful reception area for guests and a huge gazebo like porch but, enough about the First Lady of Suffolk, as beautiful as it is.  Let’s get on to Keith & Tiara’s beautiful day!

One of my favorite moments on Keith & Tiara’s day was when Tiara reached the alter and her dad so graciously gave her away.  I leaned in to take a photo and as I glanced through the lens I saw Tiara whisper to Keith, “I love you!”  My heart melted! 🙂  Those moments always get me.  Watching these two interact throughout the night I knew without a shadow of a doubt they are meant for each other.  During the reception Keith & Tiara’s family and friends knew how to have fun and celebrate and DJ Dave Champion knew how to command the crowd.  I am not sure if he got his profession right as a DJ, but he would be one phenomenal stand up comedian.  There wasn’t anyone frowning for sure. The whole place was full of bellowing laughter. It was such a blast; a true celebration of fun for such a beautiful couple.

Praying for these two as they embark on their marriage and journey through life together.  Praying for so much love, laughter and joy to fill their home and thanking them so very much for allowing us to be a part of the beginning of a wonderful journey together.  With so much love, Keith &
