This East Beach engagement session was so dreamy and creamy to photograph & honestly had my photographer eyes going gah during the post-process process. Dallas and Christine were so perfect, so sweet and so easy going through the whole session. I have to say we get the dreamiest clients and we are so thankful.

Crazy Weather

During this time of year, it is insanely hard to predict the weather. The weather app can say it’s gonna rain and it doesn’t or it’s not gonna rain and it does. All week I watched the weather for the day of Dallas and Christine’s session. It called for a perfectly sunny day every single time I checked. Thankfully at 2 pm on the day of their session, I decided to check the weather for how cold it would be to dress appropriately.

To my surprise, there was a storm expected at the exact time of their session. For this is always difficult because we encourage our clients to use their trial makeup & hair for their engagement session. I jumped on my phone and asked Christine if she was getting her hair and makeup done. She was. So I asked if she could meet earlier than we planned because there was a storm rolling in. She said, “yes!” Thank God!

The Session

Despite having to come an hour and a half earlier to beat the storm for this East Beach engagement session, these photos are just gorgeous. We had such a fun time together laughing, chatting, and moving a little faster than normal. Super big shoutout to whoever did Christine’s makeup. You did a beautiful job.
She looked stunning.

Jake and I are so excited to be photographing Dallas and Christine’s wedding in October. We already know it’s gonna be such a fun wedding.
