Ryan + Dana’s First Landing Engagement

Fun First Landing Virginia Beach Engagement Sessions are my favorite. Ryan & Dana are such a sweet couple & a perfect match for each other. I loved loved loved hanging out with them for the 2 hours we had at their session. Watching Dana dote over Ryan was the sweetest. You could tell she adores her man. Ryan is probably one of the kindest guys I’ve come across. I can tell why Dana loves him.

How We Met

I have to tell you about the first time I met Ryan & Dana in our home. Ryan had finally asked Dana to marry him & she was so excited. She reached out to us early in the game. I couldn’t wait to meet her. They both came to our house & brought Dana’s son, Kingston with them. To our surprise, Dana’s mom was in one of our church life groups. She didn’t know it at the time. We had heard all about Kingston from his grandma & seen pictures of him. It was kinda cool.

Favorite Thing

Sometimes, I like to share my favorite parts about wedding days, but I rarely do this for engagement sessions. For this one, I am going to because thinking back to Ryan & Dana’s session makes my heart happy. I love both of their country accents. Hearing them talk was my favorite part about hanging out with them. In my opinion, there is just something warm about country accents.

Lately, I have been asking couples what their greatest fears are & what pet peeves they have. It just makes good conversation. Plus, I love learning about people. It is always fun hearing my couple’s answers.

Ryan & Dana’s First Landing engagement session was a lot of fun. These two aren’t getting married until the Fall of 2022.
