Virginia Beach Fort Story Wedding Justin + Andrea

It seems like Virginia Beach wedding elopements are becoming a thing. This Virginia Beach Fort Story wedding elopement being one of them. I’ve had the privilege of photographing a few recently. I think they are calling them micro-weddings. Leave it to pandemics to create new fads, huh!?

Meeting Justin & Andrea was such a joy. Truly! Their two children were just as beautiful as them. Andrea has the biggest brightest smile & her personality is just as bright. I was able to get to know her a little while we were walking to & from the beach. I learned that Justin & her were both conductors for the U.S. military. She played the bassoon for a while, which is basically amazing because when I was in high school, I played the bassoon for a short time in the concert band. How weird is that?

I loved listening to her talk about her love for the beautiful two children she was inheriting. She even shared with me that Justin’s daughter whispered to her after their intimate ceremony, “can I call you mom, now!”

This Virginia Beach Fort Story wedding elopement was joyful. I loved the intimacy. You could feel the love & joy of everyone there. Despite the wind, it was perfect.

To Justin & Andrea, thank you so much for allowing me to share in your intimate wedding. It was beautiful. I hope you both enjoy every moment together.
