Nick + Natasha . Married! A Noah's Event Wedding

We’ve been looking forward to this past Sunday’s wedding for a while. Not just because Natasha is one of the sweetest souls you will ever meet and Nick is the friendliest guy, but because it was our first time ever at the new Noah’s Event Venue in Chesapeake, Virginia. Actually, the wedding venue is brand new as of this year, so it was pretty awesome being able to be at a new place. We pulled up and was super impressed by the foliage all around us. As we began exploring the inside of the venue we were nothing short of amazed!!! With its 10 foot ceilings and gorgeous flooring and walls it was a perfect place to get married. The ceremony area was the icing on the cake. One either sides the doors opened so that the couple could get married right at the alter on the patio, while all the guests stayed covered inside. Outside the venue there was a small lake with a wrap around walking road with trees perfect all the way around, which provided a beautiful location for photos. Now that I have provided a beautiful writeup on the venue 😉 let me move on to the beautiful bride.

Natasha….wow! Her beautiful blonde hair, ivory skin and bubbly personality met me as I walked in. She was the perfect host! She walked Jake and I around showing us the gorgeous venue and then made us feel right at home offering us some donuts and juice. We got settled in and got to work. After photographing the details, it was time for Natasha to get into her dress! Wow! Now we’ve moved from gorgeous blonde hair, ivory skin, and bubbly personality to a absolutely stunning dress. This dress was seriously ravishing. I joke around a lot about having another wedding with Jake, just so I can get in a really gorgeous dress again. I feel like since I’ve become a wedding photographer I’ve seen so many dresses that I would wear and wish I knew all these gorgeous options were out there when I got married. Natasha picked the perfect dress that was romantic and modern and she was a dream in it. She probably got tired of me complementing it all day! Haha! Well that and her hair! 😉

On the way to the venue, Jake asked me about Nick. He hadn’t met Nick up to this point. Jake and Natasha are actually old friends, so Jake knew her really well. J I said to Jake, Nick is so awesome, so friendly and really the perfect match for Natasha. These two have such a great love story of restoration after going through a hard time before. It was great to see their deep love for each other. I teasingly asked Natasha if her and Nick ever fight because they just work together so well. She laughed and said their biggest fight has been in the paint department deciding on how to paint their new home. Of course, Natasha won! 😉

We had a wonderful time celebrating with these two! Despite their sarcasm and dry humor, I made it through the day! 😉 hahaha! It’s a little inside joke. I do not get sarcasm or dry humor. Jake loves it and Nick and Natasha are walking sarcasm’s (that sounds weird)…ha! So, I was lost most of the time! Ha! J We wish them both so much love and happiness!
